Birthday Beach Trip- Wednesday

We kept trying to think of something REALLY special to get Clara Beth for her birthday. Something she would just love. We couldn't come up with anything spectacular, but we knew she would love playing in the sand and water, so we decided to take her to the beach for a couple of days. It was a perfect present for her, and the rest of us enjoyed it, too!

We thought digging in the sand would be the biggest hit, but the fountains won out with our sweet birthday girl.

Makgill loved them, too!

On to the beach...

We met the cutest little family from Georgia! They had been on the hunt for shark teeth. By the time we left they had collected about 100. YIKES!
My Sweetie
He was DISGUSTED that he had to play with a pink bucket! But since it was Miss CB's birthday, it was all we brought. Oh, well. She was SO EXHAUSTED by this point!
A sandy, salty kiss from my Baby Girl!
And, back to the fountains to rinse off the sand
Cute little seersucker bottom!

I'll post more birthday pics this weekend!

What a great birthday idea for, Clara Beth! A weekend of uninterrupted playing, is what every 2 year old deserves!
